Take care of your hair
Instead of hair styling products, use professional treatments, which remake the structure of the hair. If the hair is not treated chemically (colored, permanent waved), you can “recover” it with olive-oil and yolk.

Fast measures
To leave your hair grow long…yes, it’s beautiful and very fashionable. But must cut the blunted tips, otherwise your hair will look unseemly. At least every 2 months you must appear at the stylist to cut them of. The vitamin A (in salad, yolk, tomatoes and carrots), vitamin C (in red grapes, kiwi and citric fruits) and vitamin E (in sesame-oil, olive-oil, walnuts and milk-products) regenerate the cell of the hair-roots. While the biotin and iron (from spinach and liver) give more vitality to these cells and helps then to build a more resisting hair.

Shine on
More natural shine for your hair? After washing the hair with the proper shampoo and after rinsing, pour one little bottle of warmish mineral water on your hair. The minerals fro the water makes the hair shiny – they have a pronounced reflection-capacity and interesting light-reflection. And it really works!

Stress
Caffeine-excess, stress and smoking affects the hair – everybody is repeating that but they never say why! Toxins which are accumulated in the body, because of stress are eliminated pretty hard and they affect the cells which produce the hair. So, the intoxicated cells are reducing their activity and even stop.
