Deep conditioners always do wonders when it comes to healthy hair.
You should use one once a week, no matter what kind of shampoo you're using, but choose a conditioner from the same line.
Avoid strong conditioners if you have thin hair, these can overload your hair, weighting down your strands and will make your hair look flat and lifeless.
When your hair is still wet, it's extremely vulnerable and can easily break. You don't want that to happen, so instead try to use your fingers and rake through hair when still wet.
Don't use a brush on damp hair and use a wide-toothed comb!
Pat your hair dry after you've washed it and don't leave the towel on your head for too long - hair can tangle easily.
You're hair is healthy but still looks dull?
Maybe you need just a boost of color! Try color depositing shampoos or coloring your hair naturally with color rinses that will give your hair just a hint of color and shine.
What you can do to get healthy shiny hair is regular homemade conditioning masks with olive oil, honey and/or mayo.
It works like this: your hair should damp, not soaking wet.
Apply honey/mayo in vertical strokes into hair and distribute it throughout the hair evenly. Let it on for half and an hour and shampoo hair as usual.
